The Aviation & Travel Training Group (ATTG) operated under two brands – Sir George Seymour (SGS) and Travel Careers & Training (TCT), with over 50 years combined heritage. Redfire executed a full brand review to create a brand and positioning strategy to resonate with the ever-changing Millennial target audience and drive student acquisition.

Our strategic direction was to leverage the fact that ATTG is the only specialist travel and tourism training provider in New Zealand with a nationwide presence. The new name New Zealand School of Tourism was born along with a complete rebrand.

Our acquisition campaign was strategically designed to target students within the catchment areas and drive student acquisition for individual campuses.

We deployed a through the line strategy focusing on digital and social channels to connect with our Millennial target audience. Our hook was to connect NZST with landing a dream job, where students would be:  “WORK READY… WORLD READY”.

Work we did: Naming, Brand Strategy, Brand Identity & Logo Design, Brand Architecture, Website Design & Development, Marketing Collateral, Environmental Branding and Student Acquisition Campaign.
